Service Description

This is a Zoom consultation where you will learn some basic Ayurvedic concepts and how to incorporate them into your daily routine. OR This 45-minute session may be used as a follow up from a full session where we discuss any health concerns or questions you might have for Pamela. Once this appointment is booked a follow-up email will be made with some general questions and details for the appointment.
