Service Description

Via Zoom In this in-depth consultation you’ll gain a better understanding of your true nature or constitutional makeup. I’ll will be looking at your overall health both physical and mentally. From the information that is gathered you’ll receive a lifestyle plan with specific recommendations for you, aimed to bring you back into balance. You’ll learn some specific Ayurvedic practices specific to you to help you find balance including types of food and herbs to add to your diet, yoga practices best suited for you, and a daily routine to help you incorporate Ayurveda’s foundational practices. This is a 90-minute appointment + 30-minute follow-up appointment that will take place 3 weeks after this initial appointment to see how things are going, answer any questions, and make any recommendations or next steps that you’d like to take. Once this appointment is booked a follow-up email will be made with more and details for the appointment and to set up our Zoom meeting.
